Positive, Super convenient location just a 2-minute walk from the main station. The check-in was quick, and the room was larger than I expected. The staff were really helpful and even offered to assist with my requests anytime. It was a pleasant surprise finding a market nearby open late 😊

The room size felt manageable, though if both people have bags, it can get cramped. The breakfast options seemed limited. I expected more variety given the price I paid. The cleanliness could use improvement. I spotted some dirty walls in the room. Check-in took longer than I'd hoped, as my room wasn't ready on time. Despite a few hiccups, the stay was decent overall, just be mindful of those specifics.

The hotel offers a functional stay in Hamburg to a reasonable price. The location is close to the Hauptbahnhof but also in a very shabby area. If you travel alone and are aware of the circumstances, then it's good value for the money - if you plan a romantic weekend or to bring your family with children to Hamburg, just forget this place.The St Georg area is fascinating and scary at the same time. You can either have a fantastic night out or be terrified by the surroundings.
